i go by adam aka theMenace, if you visit the ISS forums or the NSB forums you are probably familiar with me as a dedicated mod, member and sneaker customizer. from the very early customs up until the work i put out today i have been using fully laced laces to seal the deal on my various sneaker pieces and personal orders. when i stumbled across some selvage denim (shuttleloomdenim.com) by the yard on ebay and then realized the sellers were the same guys as from fully laced i knew i was copping.
what i have to share with you are two of my very recently finished denim packs. both made with raw selvage denim purchased from the fullylaced guys. the selvage denim dunk lows are a two pair pack featuring 1 black selvage denim dunk and 1 cone selvage denim dunk. the second pack i have for you guys is a gi joe: rise of cobra dunk SB pack. consisting of a snake eyes black selvage dunk sb and a white denim sb the pictures speak for themselves.. both packs are currently listed on ebay. i also take personal orders so shoot an email to tM_Customs@yahoo.com if interested. tMCustoms.com will be live and running within the next few weeks. thanx for looking

Throwback Thursday: Nike Air Jordan 1
It all started at one.
Next year Jordan Brand will celebrate an unprecedented 25th anniversary of the Air Jordan series of shoes. Earlier today we all caught a glimpse of the upcoming Air Jordan 2010, but for this Throwback Thursday, I thought it was an appropriate time to rewind things back to where it all began – the Nike Air Jordan 1.
Coming out of school Michael Jordan had tons of buzz surrounding him from his play at NC, to his Olympic Gold in the summer of ‘84, but the minute Jordan’s shoes were banned by the NBA, buzz for much more than just Mike was generated. Though the shoes that technically were banned by the NBA were the Black/Red Nike Air Ships that MJ wore for the first part of his rookie year, the Nike Air Jordan 1’s were at the focal point of an extremely creative campaign by Nike.
As you know, the Air Jordan line has changed tremendously since the beginning, but sometimes there is nothing better than the original.

Sneaker Freaker x NB 850 and Skippy the kangaroo
To promote the release of the Sneaker Freaker x New Balance 850 this video has been put together featuring Skippy the kangaroo. Skippy, which happens to be the nickname of the Sneaker Freaker x New Balance 850, shows up in the video with a very important message to deliver. Skippy the kangaroo also represents the kangaroo leather used through the upper of the NB 850. You have got to love viral marketing these days.

“Elephant” Nike Vandals
Nike has finally branched out with the elephant print and put the pattern on a pair of nike Vandals. They have black leather front and lace panels, mesh for the toe box and middle, and the black elephant pattern on thre back heel. Along with the black uppers is a hint of mint on the heel tab, strap, and outlining the swoosh. The sole has all three colors, with a white mid-sole, black stitching, and mint out-sole.
